Description

The Zevenbergenbos is a patchwork of old park forests, alder swamp forests, poplar forests, and drier beech and pine forests. You'll find a nice variety of woodland birds here. You can find woodpeckers, Обичен (Шумски) лазач, краткопрст ползач, црвеноглаво кралче, кукавица and Шумски (Обичен) був.

Nederlands: Het Zevenbergenbos is een prachtig, oud bos in Ranst, deel uitmakend van een complex van meer dan 100 hectare bos. Het Zevenbergenbos is een lappendeken van oude parkbossen, elzenbroekbossen, populierenbossen en drogere beuken- en dennenbossen, je vindt hier dus een variatie aan bosvogels. Naast verschillende soorten spechten kun je hier Обичен (Шумски) лазач, краткопрст ползач, црвеноглаво кралче, кукавица en Шумски (Обичен) був vinden.

Ranst is actually just a stone's throw from Antwerp. The Zevenbergenbos borders directly on the north side of Ranst. If you're tired of the bustling city, find complete peace and quiet in this forest. Press P on the map for directions. The circular walk shown on the map is approximately 1.7 km.

Nederlands: Ranst ligt in feite maar op een boogscheut van Antwerpen. Het Zevenbergenbos grenst direct aan de noordkant van Ranst. Ben je de drukke stad even moe, kom volledig tot rust in dit oerbos.
