Description
Get up early with high tide, before the dogwalkers appear, and the beach will have plenty of birds in easy reach of a short stroll. остригар, голем српоклун свиркач, сива чапја and црвенонога тринга are all likely on the beach around the waterline. камењарче, Пепелава врана and Pied Wagtail may be more likely on exposed seaweed or flotsam around the tide mark. полска врана is also possible. морски корморан is most likely hauled out on rocky outcrops, although голем корморан is becoming more common in recent times. езерски галеб is common with occasional медитерански галеб. Common Eider and Дива патка are likely in the water.
For a slightly longer walk a path goes along the cliffs at the north end of the bay where Rock Pipit, планинско ливадарче and црвеноклуна галка could be encountered.

Douglas is located on the southeastern coast of Isle of Man. The beach is a short walk from the ferry terminal, and likely near to your hotel if you are staying in Douglas.
