In spring, when the meadows are flooded, the area is full of waders such as црноопашна блатарка , црвенонога тринга , зеленонога тринга , обична бекасина , бојник; and ducks (e.g. патка крецка , патка лажичарка , сива патка , гусковидна патка).
This is one of the few places in central Poland where you can regularly encounter голем српоклун свиркач. Other rare species that appear here regularly include црн штрк and Синогушка.

This part of the Ner River Valley is located near the village of Leszno. Access by car via the road. You can park on the meadow behind the bridge on the west side. Press a P on the map for directions.
