Description
Beeston and Sheringham Commons is a good area for wildflowers, insects, reptiles and birds. The various habitats provide for a variety of birds - over 200 species have been seen. Can even be seabirds such as Northern Gannet or Northern Fulmar blown inshore. Access
Entry to the area is from a layby on the A149 coast road, just east of Sheringham. Click on the P in the map to get directions. Buses stop here and there is a train station in Sheringham. The walk route shown is about 3 km.
