Blashford Lakes is a good place for birdwatching, as it has a large amount of bird species there. Blasford Lakes is between Poulner and Verwood ( which are both small towns ), and is easily accessed from both of these locations. If you go to Blashford the carpark for the reserve is in the education centre on the southside of Ellingham road.
