Description
CEGB Reservoir or Teardrop Lake is a former brick pit. At one time it had a muddy shoreline and a large reedbed, nowadays the water is much deeper so diving birds and terns on passage and a large gull (Laridae) roost are the main targets for the at times numerous birdwatchers.
(1). Be sure to check this area, a циганче was found in the car park here in the Winter of 2004 - 2005.

(4). South East shore, a favourite spot for geese, a белочелна гуска was found in the past, but more usual today are Egyptian Goose and small numbers of Barnacle Goose. планинска тресиопашка favour this area and waders such as црвенонога тринга, речна тринга and шарена тринга occasionally drop in.
