Beautiful views and plenty of places to explore in a relatively small area, including the pier, rockpools, and beach. Parking and places to eat also in abundance. Huge noisy colony of тропрст галеб breed underneath the pier in late summer, allowing for very close and intimate views of chicks and adults with little disturbance. In summer, this is a reliable place to see медитерански галеб, often side by side with езерски галеб. Through winter, flocks of бел свиркач, остригар, and Сребренест галеб can be seen regularly, along with голем корморан, Голем морски галеб, and мал црногрб галеб. мал морски нуркач have also been reported here.

Access
Parking available throughout Mumbles within walking distnace, and some limited parking available right next to the pier itself. Recommend parking in the 'Big Apple Car Park' on the clifftop above the pier for great views. Cycling is common, including the use of the Swansea Santander hire bikes.
