Peterstone Gout has freshwater ponds, tidal mudflats and scrub. Short distance south of B4239 between Newport and Cardiff. M4 J30 from Cardiff or J28 from Newport. Very limited parking at south end of Outfall lane, then walk west along/below sea wall for one mile. Otherwise seek parking permission from Golf club, Garden centre or walnut tree farm park nearby.
