Beschrijving
This location is best known for its iconic thrombolites. However Lake Clifton Thrombolites in Yalgorup National Park is also a good albeit niche birding site, especially for waterbirds.
It features a 300-meter boardwalk and nearby walking trails where birders can observe a number of species including Black Swan, Pied Stilt, Musk Duck, various waders and a good selection of SW bush birds.
The site includes both the boardwalk to the thrombolites viewing platform and the adjacent loop trail (see trails link).
