Prairies Saint Martin is an urban nature park with hedgerows in the southern 2/3 and flood meadow in the north. The Prairies Saint Martin stretch along the Canal Saint‑Martin and form a long ribbon of semi‑wild grasslands, community gardens, and woodland. Birds you can see include Waterhoen, Zilvermeeuw, Blauwe Reiger, Buizerd, Bosuil, IJsvogel, Torenvalk, Gaai, Glanskop, Orpheusspotvogel , Grote Lijster, Bonte Vliegenvanger, Roodborsttapuit, Heggenmus, Grote Gele Kwikstaart ,Graspieper, Appelvink, Goudvink, Groenling, Putter, Europese Kanarie, and Rietgors.
