El Galacho de Juslibol is a space of great scenic, ecological and cultural value and is located on the left bank of the Ebro, about 5 km from Zaragoza. In this area of 100 hectares you can see lakes formed by gravel extraction that were used in the 70s, and the galacho, an old meander of the Ebro river. It also has some parts with steppe vegetation. A very varied area with many birds. Among the birds you can see here are Oehoe, Provençaalse Grasmus, Zwarte Tapuit, Draaihals, Kleine Zwartkop, Graszanger, Bruine Kiekendief, Zomertortel and Rotsmus. Espagnol: El Galacho de Juslibol es un espacio de gran valor paisajístico, ecológico y cultural y está situado en la margen izquierda del Ebro a unos 5 Km de Zaragoza. El espacio cuenta con un Centro de Visitantes dirigido por profesionales de la educación ambiental, con paneles expositivos, una maqueta dinámica y una audiovisual, y desde donde se pueden realizar visitas guiadas al espacio, talleres y otras actividades. Además, existen dos zonas de acogida habilitadas con mesas, fuentes de agua potable, papeleras, juegos infantiles, aparcabicis, zonas cubiertas y servicios públicos accesibles, en las que poder realizar diversas actividades de ocio y descanso, evitando las afecciones a la zona más vulnerable.

The area has a Visitor Center and many trails. From the visitor center you can explore the area on foot. If you arrive by car, you can only drive up to the barrier, about 1 km from the visitor center. At the barrier is a little space to park. Click on the P in the map to ger directions to the small parking lot.
