Beschrijving
The Reussdelta is located on the south bank of the Urnersee between the two villages Flüelen and Seedorf. It is a wide-ranging nature conservation and recreation area. It consists of extensive reed meadows, alluvial forests, streams and still waters. In the Reussdelta there are several species present throughout the year and different during migration. Among the birds you can encounter are Hop, Waterpieper, Dodaars, Kleine Plevier, Tafeleend, Wintertaling, Krooneend, Grote Zaagbek, Eider, Rode Wouw, Zwarte Wouw, Draaihals, IJsvogel, Grote Karekiet and Waterspreeuw.
