Tuzla Lagoon is an easy place to explore by car. There are many waders and other water birds, especially in winter. Also, there can be many attractive species observed during migration. Many bird species can be seen in the area such as; Bonte IJsvogel, Tureluur, Visarend, Roze Pelikaan, Kleine Mantelmeeuw and many more, see the birdlist below.
