Beschrijving
With a mixture of coastline and agricultural fields, Kearney is an amazing place to see Blauwe Reiger, Scholekster, Rotgans, Tureluur, Steenloper, Wulp, Regenwulp, Aalscholver, Bergeend, Kneu, Winterkoning, Huismus, Roodborsttapuit, Graspieper and Oeverpieper.
The walk is easy, along a coastal path, with an abundance of birds to see, especially after the Winter migrants arrive, when the area is also much quieter.

Kearney Village, itself, is a pretty small village restored by the National Trust to give the authenticity of a traditional fishing village. All dogs must be kept on leades and it can get very busy, with visitors, during school summer holidays.
