Beschrijving
This close grouping of reservoirs are in the shape of large letter J. The furthest north, Kennick Reservoir is a closed reservoir (anglers only), but views can be had from the road at the dam. The reservoirs are surrounded by mainly conifer woodland, with moorland and farmland beyond. Grote Zilverreiger have been seen in the recent past, so more unusual species are possible. The area can be busy on Summer days when the weather is good, so try duller days or an early morning or late afternoon visit. The South West Lakes Trust have stocked the lakes with Rainbow Trout/Brown Trout and Pike.
