Description
Allhallows Marshes cover 98 hectares of land consisting of grazing marsh with water courses, ditches, fields, dykes and hedgerows. The brackish, grazing marshes attract many birds. Wading birds like Rødstilk, Tjeld, Lappspove, Svarthalespove, Storspove, Småspove, Avosett and Brushane. But also many other birds like geese, ducks and gulls. Also Jordugle and Sivhauk, Sandlo, Egretthegre and Gjøk can be seen. Others seen from time to time are Tornskate and Ringtrost on passage. Bronseibis is a current visitor.
