Description
At Ewelme the overgrown watercress beds provide shelter for rodents, which in turn attracts bird predators such as Tårnugle, Glente, 3 egret species and Gråhegre. Smaller birds include Grønnfink, Stillits, Munk and Sivspurv, pursued by Spurvehauk. King's Pool may have Isfugl, Dvergdykker, Sivhøne, Toppand and Sothøne.

Access
From Oxford take A423 south for 12 miles then minor road left through Benson. There is no car park at the Watercress beds but onstreet parking in the village centre, plus car park near playground. Reserve access is free and unrestricted. Visitor centre admission £3, restricted hours.
