A quiet little beach with fabulous views of the Strait of Georgia and the mountains on the opposite shore. Birds, seals, and whales are plentiful here.

Opis

Besides the chance to see humpback whales, dolphins, orcas, and seals, there are numerous birds that pass through Williams Beach on their way to or from Alaska. You can find classic waterbirds such as Bald Eagle, Killdeer, Rock Sandpiper, and Black Oystercatcher. But also birds like Anna's Hummingbird, Dark-eyed Junco and Snow Bunting.

Williams Beach is located on Vancouver Island near the hamlet of Merville and the village of Black Creek. There aren't many parking spaces, but that means the beach never gets crowded. The road ends in a dead end. It's best to park at the side.
