Bassin de Chasse du Crotoy is interesting at all times of year, although the number of birds is greater outside the hunting season. In the salt marshes you can find skowronek, makolągwa, pipits and if you are very lucky uszatka błotna. The basin is important for breeding waders and finches, and of course, the Bay of Somme is renowned for its flocks of birds. It is common to observe birds like szablodziób, ohar, kulik wielki, ostrygojad, sieweczka obrożna, krwawodziób, warzęcha and biegus zmienny.

Ce site est intéressant à toute les périodes même si le nombre d'oiseaux est plus important lorsque la chasse est fermée. Les près salés sont utiles pour les hiboux des marais , linottes et pipits . Le bassin de chasse est utile pour la reproduction de laro-limicoles et biensûr la baie de Somme pour ses nuées d'oiseaux.

Bassin de Chasse du Crotoy is located directly east of the town of Le Crotoy. The area is easily accessible via the departmental road or from the centre of Le Crotoy. Press P on the map for directions. The walking route on the map is about 1,5 km one way.
