Pointe de Roche Torin is a natural viewpoint that offers panoramic views over the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. The site is interesting both during migration and in winter. The meadows and mudflats teem with birds. A calm and ideal environment for birding thanks to its paths and open spaces offering good visibility. It is an observation point allowing you to watch birds over a part of the bay that is either entirely mudflats or crisscrossed by waterways, depending on the tides. This wetland provides a suitable habitat for ohar, kormoran, śmieszka, mewa pospolita and czapla nadobna. The meadows and bushes are teeming with passerines like makolągwa, skowronek, świergotek łąkowy, pliszka siwa, kląskawka and białorzytka. The mudflats attract many kulik wielki, czajka and warzęcha. You have also a chance to spot rybołów and pustułka (zwyczajna). In winter bernikla obrożna also pass through this place, as do rożeniec and cyraneczka.

Milieu calme et propice à l'observation par ses chemins et ses espaces ouverts offrant une bonne visibilité. C'est un point d'observation permettant d'observer les oiseaux sur une partie de la baie qui est soit entièrement faite de vasières, soit parcourue de cours d'eau, en fonction des marées. Cette zone humide fournit un habitat propice aux ohar, au kormoran, à la śmieszka, au mewa pospolita ou encore aux czapla nadobna. Les prairies et les buissons regorgent de passereux : makolągwa, skowronek, świergotek łąkowy, pliszka siwa, kląskawka et même le białorzytka. Les vasières attirent de nombreux kulik wielki, czajka et warzęcha. Les petits mammifères présents peuvent également attirer des rybołów et des pustułka (zwyczajna). Des bernikla obrożna passent également par cet endroit en hiver, tout comme des rożeniec et des cyraneczka.

Pointe de Roche Torin is located near the villages of Courtils and Bas Courtils on the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. This observation point is accessible via a road that is initially paved, with a few possible places to park on the side of the road, often still available as the roads are not very busy. Press P on the map for directions. The route shown on the map is 1,6 km one way.
