The Wehramündung is a small but ecologically rich nature reserve on the point where the river Wehra flows into the Rhine. The protected area covers a little over 12 hectares. The landscape is shaped by the interaction of the Wehra and the Rhine, with shallow water zones, reed beds, gravel banks, and a lagoon‑like basin. The Wehramündung offers good conditions for birdwatching. Rare species can be regularly spotted. In winter these include ducks and divers like nur rdzawoszyi.
