The Rattekaai is an old tidal harbor that is no longer in use. Around the tides, it is an interesting spot for wading birds. The area is not heavily visited and there is no heavy shipping.

Nederlands: De Rattekaai is een oud getijdenhaventje dat niet meer in gebruik is. Rond de getijdenwisseling vormt dit een interessante plek voor steltlopers. Het gebied is niet druk bezocht en er is geen zware scheepvaart.

Rattekaai is located north of the village of Rilland on the Oosterschelde. It is accessible by car and bicycle. The old harbor is somewhat remote, but still easily accessible and relatively close to the highway. Press P on the map for directions to the parking lot.

Nederlands: De Rattekaai ligt ten noorden van het dorp Rilland aan de Oosterschelde. Het is bereikbaar met de auto en de fiets. Het oude haventje ligt enigzins in een uithoek maar is ondanks dit goed aan te rijden en relatief dicht bij de snelweg. Druk op P in de kaart voor een routebeschrijving naar de parkeerplaats.
