Opis
Alaçatı Wetland is a lagoon-like intertidal estuary covering approximately 250 acres, which is formed by a natural watercourse flowing north-south from the Kutlu Aktaş Dam to the Aegean Sea. The area abounds in halophiles marshes, dunes and shallow water channels, and a great variety of maquis or scrubland vegetation. The wetland provides feeding, shelter and breeding grounds for many bird species. flaming różowy is seen throughout the year. In addition, bird species such as kazarka rdzawa, kwokacz, krwawodziób, sieweczka morska, biegus zmienny, batalion, biegus malutki, mewa romańska, rybitwa białowąsa, żołna, jaskółka rudawa, trznadel modroglowy, szczudłak, chwastówka zwyczajna and bocian czarny are some of the other species seen in the area. You can park at the entrance of the wetland area. Five information boards have been put up at the entrance. Click on the P on the map to get directions.
