Opis
Sutton Bank has some excellent birding around it, including being one of Britain's northernmost locations to see turkawka. The bird feeders around the visitor centre buildings often attract this, as well as sierpówka, trznadel and tits including sikora uboga. The surrounding open woodlands and scrub hold świergotek drzewny and several warblers.
Best visited in the early morning or late afternoon, when there are fewer people around, but the birds are mostly used to human presence and some can be seen at the feeders all day even when the site is crowded.
