The Aéroparc de Yutz is a park covering 42 hectares with grasslands, open fields, tree-lined paths, wooded areas, a lake and a pond. The diversity of habitats attracts plenty of birds. Garça-real, peneireiro-de-dorso-malhado / peneireiro, Tentilhão-comum, Galeirão-comum, Mergulhão-de-crista and Mergulhão-pequeno are some of the birds that can be seen year-round. Other birds that can be spotted include Milhafre-preto, Tordo-comum, Galinha-d'água, Toutinegra-de-barrette-preto, Estorninho-malhado, Verdilhão-comum and several species of waterfowl.
