Along this stretch of the Rhine, north of Strasbourg, in winter, there are many Frisadaand Pato-real, and there's a good chance of seeing Pato-olho-d'ouro and Merganso-grande. In summer, there are mostly Ganso do Canadá and Cisne-vulgar in the area.
