Daniels Brook is a woodland with shrub next to a brook. In spring the area is alive with lots of birds calling in the trees or flying about and looking for food. But birds can be seen year round. Among the birds you can encounter are the more common birds such as Pisco-de-peito-ruivo, melro, Felosa-comum, Estorninho-malhado, Águia-d'asa-redonda, Pardal-comum and Rola-turca.
