Beautiful woodland full of birdsong and sounds of the river. Very accessible by foot and a popular walking location. Garça-branca-pequena and Alvéola-cinzenta can be seen on the Hermitage Stream. Flocks of Chapim-rabilongo, Chapim-azul, chapim-real, and other woodland birds are common and often sing. Plenty of Pombo-torcaz to be seen alongside grey squirrels. Águia-d'asa-redonda have been seen hunting here.
