Descrição
On the islands of Loch Maree Islands National Nature Reserve Mobêlha-pequena and Mobêlha-árctica nest. Águia-pesqueira, Águia-rabalva, Águia-real, falcão-peregrino, Tartaranhão-azulado, Águia-d'asa-redonda and Corvo may be seen overhead. Cruza-bico-comum, woodpeckers, Galinhola, Felosa-assobiadeira, Papa-moscas-preto and Trepadeira-azul in the woods. Perhaps Tagarela-europeu in winter. Pine marten are fairly common in the area and may visit the feeders in the car parks. Red deer, roe deer and red squirrels, possibly wild cat.

There are several parking spots along the main road. The site is 60 miles west of Inverness and 105 miles north of Fort William. Boat trips available from the Maree Hotel.
