Towneley Park is the largest park in Burnley with a total of 180 hectares of landscaped parkland and woodland surrounding Towneley Hall and Museum. Bird species to look out for include the Pica-pau-malhado-grande, Trepadeira-azul, Gaio-comum, Gavião da Europa, Pintassilgo, Pombo-torcaz and Coruja-do-mato.

Towneley Park is located 1.5 miles south east of Burnley town centre. Main entrance to Towneley Park is off Todmorden Road, Burnley. The park is open year-round and has free entry. Multiple pay and display car parks are available. Press P on the map for directions.
By Bus: Burnley to Todmorden, Bus 592 leaves Burnley bus station, and stops near the Hanbrig park entrance. Causeway End or Barwise bus stops give shorter access to Towneley Hall.
