Description

187 bird species have been recorded at Paxton Pits including Ferestraș mic, Strigă, Rață cu ciuf, Stufărică, Presură galbenă, Presură de stuf, Corcodel mic and Lăstun de mal. There is a hide, visitor centre, cafe and education centre.

Access

By car, Paxton Pits reserve is 5 minutes drive from A1 trunk road. Click on the P in the map for directions to the car park. Nearest train station, St Neots, 2 miles. Bus 66 from St Neots or Huntingdon, alight at Little Paxton
