At Traeth Lafan during winter one can see Scoicar, Culic mare, Fluierar cu picioare roșii, Fugaci de țărm and Ploier argintiu in large numbers. Also Pescăruș mic, Ferestraș moțat, Egretă mică, Ciuf de câmp, Șoim de iarnă and Șoim călător, Fâsă de luncă and Fâsă de stâncă. Visit either side of high tide for best results (see link to the Tides table below).
