Woorgreens Lake and Crabtree Hill is a prominent wetland site in a thickly forested region. Caprimulg hunt insects over the water on summer nights. Sfrâncioc mare is a fairly regular winter visitor, as are Scatiu and Forfecuță. Fâsă de pădure, Corb and Mărăcinar negru breed nearby. Becațină comună frequent the rushy water margins, Rață moțată and Ferestraș mare on the water.
