Gravière Vogelau is a former gravel pit, now transformed into a landscape featuring ponds and wetlands. Many Большой баклан and Кряква are seen throughout the year, often with Канадская казарка and some Серый гусь. In winter, Хохлатая чернеть and Серая утка are common, and sometimes Свиязь and even Шилохвость are also seen.

Gravière Vogelau is located 8 km north of Strasbourg. From Strasbourg, take the road heading north towards Schiltigheim. You can park along the streets. Press P on the map for directions to a parking spot. Best to explore the area on foot.
