The mouth of the Riera de Ribes stream can be found at the end of the seafront in Sitges. The most interesting ornithological aspect of the site are the seabirds, with interesting species like Чайка Одуэна, Черноголовая чайка, Пестроносая крачка, Хохлатый баклан, and Северная олуша. Some rarer species that can be seen are the Средиземноморский буревестник, Левантский буревестник and Обыкновенный буревестник. In winter Длинноносый крохаль has been seen several years.
In the reeds Соловьиная широкохвостка, Тростниковая камышевка, Волнистый астрильд, Тростниковая овсянка, and Средиземноморская славка can be heard and seen. Aquatic species like Кряква, Малая белая цапля, Египетская цапля, Серая цапля and Обыкновенный зимородок are present in the water course.
Close to the mouth of Riera de Ribes is the Golf Club Terramar, and the greens are good to look for birds like Черноголовый чекан, Луговой конёк, Горихвостка-чернушка, and Удод.

The mouth of the Riera de Ribes is located at the seafront in Sitges, and can be reached by car, or by walking if you are in Sitges. You can park right there (click on the P on the map for further directions).
