Gravière Vogelau is a former gravel pit, now transformed into a landscape featuring ponds and wetlands. Many kormorán veľký and kačica divá are seen throughout the year, often with bernikľa veľká and some hus divá. In winter, chochlačka vrkočatá and kačica chripľavka are common, and sometimes kačica hvizdárka and even kačica ostrochvostá are also seen.
