Greenham Common is a disused RAF base, now converted into a nature reserve. The heathland provide habitiat for penica hnedá and škovránik stromový.

Description

Greenham Common is an exceptional site for penica hnedá. There are many cows grazing and škovránik stromový are found on the grass. Look into the gorse to find pŕhľaviar čiernohlavý and penica hnedá. The ponds have lots of ľabtuška lúčna and haja červená around them. The woods around are home to lelek lesný and slávik obyčajný.

Access

Greenham Common is located just southeast of Newbury, about 45 miles west of London. There are multiple car parks around and many paths across the woods and heathland. Press P on the map for directions to a car park.
