Messingham Sand Quarries has a tick list of 180 bird species. Two hides available. Just south of Scunthorpe and the M180 motorway. Click on the P in the map to get directions. Exit the reserve with care as its a fast straight road. The circular walking route indicated on the map is about 3 km long.
