Description

Best vantage points are Ronach, Rhunahaorine Point and Tayinloan on the mainland, the ferry boat to Gigha, and the northern tip of Gigha. Wintering sea birds include turpan čierny and turpan tmavý, potápač prostredný, potápka ušatá, potáplica veľká, potáplica malá, potáplica stredná, kajka morská, hlaholka severská and four auk species.

By road or bus from Glasgow, 120 miles. Regular ferry from Tayinloan to Gigha island. The ferry journey takes 20 minutes.
