Description

In spring, when the meadows are flooded, the area is full of waders such as črnorepi kljunač , rdečenogi martinec , zelenonogi martinec , kozica , togotnik; and ducks (e.g. reglja , žličarica , konopnica , duplinska kozarka).

This is one of the few places in central Poland where you can regularly encounter veliki škurh. Other rare species that appear here regularly include črna štorklja and modra taščica.
