Description
Llandegla Forest is one of the few places in Wales to see Ruševac lekking. The RSPB have a hide and as of 2022, guided walks, see their website. Among the other birds you can observe in the area are Leganj, Red Grouse, Livadska trepteljka, Ritska sova, Mali soko, Crnoglava travarka, Obična travarka, Obična kukavica, Drozd pevač, Zelena žuna, Mišar, Riđa lunja, Poljska eja and Obična beloguza.

8 miles west of Wrexham on the Ruthin road. Click on the P in the map for directions. Bus X51 runs hourly, Mon to Sat and 2-hourly Sundays from either town. Nearest train station, Wrexham.
