Middleton-in-Teesdale is a market town in County Durham. The settlement is surrounded by the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Spring offers a great opportunity of seeing a range of birds, including woodland specialists (Crnovrata muharica Obična crvenrepka), moorland specialists and bird of upland rivers such as Ruševac, Polojka and Vodenkos. Among the other birds you can encounter are Kos ogrličar, Potočna pliska, Čižak and Poljska ševa.
