Description
From the hides (one is two-storey) at Stanwick Lakes one can see Obična čigra, Kukuvija, Čaplja govedarka, Mala bela čaplja, winter wildfowl such as Čegrtuša, Plovka kašikara, Zviždara, Krdža, Šiljkan and Riđoglava patka. The woods and scrubland have Crnoglava travarka, warblers, Mali drozd, Drozd borovnjak, Brezova juričica and Čižak.

Stanwick lakes is between Kettering and Bedford. It is 300 yards west of the A45 Stanwick roundabout. Click on the P in the map for directions. Parking charge is £3.80 for all day
