Description
Tentsmuir Forest National Nature Reserve provides a variety of wildlife. The area has woods, mud and sand estuary, heath and sand dunes. Grey seals float effortlessly on their backs upriver on a rising tide, only their rounded noses showing above water. In September/October waders are varied (up to 13 species though not numerous). Ledenjarka, Morska crnka, Gavka, Patka dupljašica and Crni turpan offshore. Šumska šljuka, Kraljić and Krstokljun in the woods. Crnoglava travarka, Obična travarka, Obična beloguza and Livadska trepteljka on the dunes.
