The Avant-port is a port zone that includes several basins along the river Rhine. It is easy to see the birds from the riverbank. Many Лебідь-шипун and Лиска звичайна with some Крижень and Баклан великий year-round, and Чернь чубата and Мартин звичайний in winter. During a cold winter, Крех великий is sometimes seen.
