Description
Eagle Gorge is an easily accessible gorge from Dedoplistsqaro. Сип білоголовий, Лелека чорний and Сапсан breed on the cliffs and can easily be seen from specific watchpoints along the routes. On warm days, Змієїд блакитноногий and Орел-карлик малий make regular appearances. In the forest down in the valley Вивільга звичайна and Вівчарик жовточеревий can be heard in spring and summer.
The cliff walls are home to Повзик скельний, Скеляр синій and Ластівка скельна. Near the parking lot Вівсянка чорноголова, Вівсянка садова and Кропив’янка рябогруда are heard singing or can be seen on migration. In autumn, Журавель степовий are sometimes seen migrating past the highest tops. Further along the path there is a breeding facility for wild Фазан , so a true wild bird of this species has to be encountered somewhere else.
