Description
The Inkwilersee is a small lake with a circular trail (approx. 2km) that runs around it. The lake is very rich in species. With hedges and coppice as well as amphibian ponds and wet meadows. Numerous winter guests, e.g. Крех малий. Migrants rest here, e.g. Синьошийка. A beaver lives here too.

Access
Inkwilersee is located near the border of the cantons of Bern and Solothurn, close to the villages of Inkwil and Bolken. There are two car parks (in Inkwil and in Bolken). By bus from Solothurn or Herzogenbuchsee to Inkwil. Then about 1 km to the lake. The lake is a nature reserve. It is imperative to stay on the path and keep dogs on a leash.
