Description

Parque Natural el Hondo (Parc Natural de El Fondo in Valencian) is a swamp area that includes both permanently salty and sweet lakes. The reserve is of great importance for wintering birds, migratory birds and also the area is of course an important breeding ground for endangered species as Marbled Teal and White-headed Duck. Possibility to observe a large number of species, easily with observatories. Also good for species as Purple Swamphen, Red-knobbed Coot and Greater Spotted Eagle.
