The Avant-port is a port zone that includes several basins along the river Rhine. It is easy to see the birds from the riverbank. Many Kuğu and Sakarmeke with some Yeşilbaş and Karabatak year-round, and Tepeli patka and Karabağ martı in winter. During a cold winter, Büyük tarakdiş is sometimes seen.
