The Babuna Heights area contains many species of bird of prey including Küçük Akbaba, Kızıl şahin, Yılan Kartalı of which the best view can be seen from the ridge across the valley. With a bit of luck Kaya Kekliği and Kara Kulaklı Kuyrukkakan can be seen on the walk up.

Access
The Babuna Heights are located about 60 km southeast of Skopje, near the village of Babuna. Parking for a couple of cars at 41.676209, 21.798511 (If you come up or down near this point there a lot of scrub to go through), trail up I used started at 41.671680, 21.798346 allow an hour to get to the ridge. Press P on the map for directions.
